TOURING BANDS

We do some in-house booking but also rely on outside promoters to take some of the weight off of our shoulders. If you are in a touring band and do not have a booking agent we already work with, your best bet is to find a local promoter or band willing to book you a show in the DIY room.

Also, we don't book shows with phone calls. E-mail us (aka no social media DMs) at preservingconcerts@gmail.com with all of the requested information otherwise you may be ignored as we are simply flooded with requests.

LOCAL BANDS

Trading shows is definitely the best way for your own band to be able to go on your own tour!

PROMOTERS

Here is the basic information on our three different venue options.

It is best to call us and have a conversation about your plans and to have references of other venues or bands you've worked with for consideration.

MAIN STAGE

Rental rates for a standard concert running from 6 PM until 11 PM (hard curfew) at Preserving Main Stage begin at $1500.

​

We have initiatives in place where the room can be rented at a reduced rate or even free if certain bar sales numbers are hit during your event.

 

We provide a professional sound system and engineer, lighting designer, door manager and security staff.

 

Extra security, if necessitated, will be at your expense and at discretion of the venue. 

​

A 50% deposit is required to hold the date for your show.

UNDERGROUND

Rental rates for a standard concert running from 6 PM until 10 PM (hard curfew) at Preserving Underground start at $500.

 

We provide a professional sound system and engineer as well as security staff. You provide your own door/ticketing manager.

 

Extra security, if necessitated, will be at your expense and at discretion of the venue. 

​

This venue has a 300 person capactiy and is all ages all the time.

​

A 50% deposit is required to hold the date for your show.

DIY ROOM

Rental rates for a standard concert running from 6 PM until 10 PM (hard curfew) in the DIY Room is $200.

 

We provide a small sound system but you run the system. We provide security and a door person.

 

Shows booked more than a month in advance are subject to cancellation if a show is booked in one of the two larger rooms on the same date. We have to prioritize a larger show over one happening in the DIY room. This is, however, an unlikely event for weekday shows but always a potential for weekend dates.

 

Shows booked less than a month in advance are concrete. 

​

This venue has a 75 person capactiy and is all ages all the time.

​

A 50% deposit is required to hold the date for your show.
